Our Mission: Enhance team performance and leadership skills through games that serve as highly-engaging training vehicles
Vitality Teaming was established based on our founding partners’ vision of enhancing team performance and leadership skills through highly-engaging gamified training. Since the company’s founding in 2015, Vitality Teaming has worked with more than half of the Fortune 500 and many prominent
organizations, including not-for-profit institutions and schools.
Drawing from the powerful trends of the experience economy and gamification, as well as the founders’ past experiences, Vitality Teaming creates immersive team challenges. These experiences are both cerebral and tactile so as to maximize engagement (which drives efficacy) and emphasize the value of diversity of skills and approaches as well as enhance social currency to strengthen cohesion. Our team is comprised of renowned social psychologists, organization behaviorists team building experts and acclaimed game and puzzle designers who develop all of our purposeful games based on Vitality Teaming’s proprietary Game Reward FrameworkTM. Vitality Teaming works closely with learning and development professionals, facilitators and organization leaders who use our games as vehicles to achieve their team performance and leadership development objectives.
In addition to hosting your group at one of our facilities in New York City and Philadelphia, we can bring the same valuable experience to you, regardless of your location. Whether in a conference room or at an offsite retreat, Vitality Teaming can supply an experience that will catalyze performance enhancement and strengthened bonds.
Today, the digital era has led to ubiquitous screen-based training that lacks social interaction and true hands-on problem solving and cooperation. Our purposeful games require human interaction and intense collaboration so as to achieve individual and group learning and an enhanced social connection.
Each game is created with the utmost respect for the latest studies on teaming, conflict resolution, group dynamics, leadership development, diversity and inclusion.
Our team games spark immediate engagement for all participants. Our solutions are an ideal way to inspire teams to get together and get motivated.
Vitality Teaming's purposeful game solutions are ideal for team training to address diverse objectives such as leveraging employee strengths, improving team effectiveness, fostering a culture of collaboration and encouraging calculated risk taking.
All walks of life can benefit from these enriching experiences and flourish with the fun, hands on, interactive nature of our games. Our games are abstractions from core effective teaming principles such that each experience is highly immersive via a compelling story line and wide array of skills emphasis meant to create enhanced self-awareness, the first step toward any behavior change. With this approach we are able to achieve the benefits of participants being engrossed in the game (i.e., taking them out of the classroom), resulting in a powerful "low stakes" training experience that is geared toward open mindedness and post-game reflection.
The architecture of each and every game is designed with learning efficacy and performance enhancement in mind. By leveraging gamification in all aspects of our creative process, we design experiences meant to positively reinforce compelling behaviors immediately. This outcome is highly influential in sustaining positive change post game when taken back into day to day activities.
Compact Adventure Simulation Experience™

Vitality Teaming created the C.A.S.E.™ portable adventure game system to be a convenient, high-impact training and team building vehicle. C.A.S.E. games are a blend of tactile and cerebral challenges crafted to foster an exciting team challenge that emphasizes the key elements of effective teaming and leadership training, to include:
In a world so polarizing, it can be difficult to remember that collaboration and unity can outweigh competition and self-interest alone. Based on leading research in conflict resolution, The Greater Good, a strategic game of negotiation, was created to motivate teams to express empathy as part of strategy to achieve the best possible outcome.
At Vitality Teaming, we understand the importance of creating an optimal and constructive learning environment. Harnessing the potential of our purposeful games requires tools designed to foster an experience that encourages immediate and continuous development.
We follow principles of learning in our materials necessary for creating an impactful experience. Each of our games is supported with supplemental resources that frame and support ongoing team performance enhancement.
Who it’s for
*Organizational groups benefit from aligning their company objectives with their team’s development plan for increasing effectiveness with intention. Student groups benefit from outlining their learning goals during the experience to see the purpose behind the fun.
Our games stimulate insights through effective feedback and professionally facilitated conversations, two critical influencers in changing patterns. Learnings at both the team and individual level make it a highly valuable delivery method to a variety of users.
Our Power Team Building service takes the benefits derived from our purposeful game experiences to another level by virtue of the inclusion of observation, reflection and emphasis of key effective teaming practices conducted by one of our professional facilitators both before and after the game experience.

It actually makes you appreciate teamwork in the sense that you need every single person's brain in the room to complete the challenge. We are all different and think in different ways and that really helps. Each person views or notices specific things and this helps you in the game because you need all of these differing viewpoints and skills to find the clues to successfully 'escape the room.' and above all, it was really fun!
How do you provide Type A leaders with an experiential group dynamics training? Historically, we were forced to put a group in a room with some hula hoops, pipe cleaners, markers and expect results. Now – we have the "CASE". It has the sophistication, intellectual challenge and creativity to capture the interest of all participants. The debrief following the exercise was insightful, enlightening and a perfect way to integrate an eighteen month program focused on personal leadership and tactical leadership development. The participants were able to reflect both on their role in solving the puzzles as well as the group dynamic.
We wanted to bring teamwork and teambuilding to life. As a program manager, the ability to host such an immersive experience in-house was extremely convenient. I cannot recommend this experience enough!
We introduced the CASE system at Riverdale Country School in order to teach leadership and teamwork to students and for professional development with members of the faculty, and the early results have been great. The students have a great time and learn to think about how they solve problems and work with others, as the challenge forces them to collaborate respectfully and effectively. For the faculty, it has served the dual role of inviting reflection on their own leadership skills as well as how they encourage group work in their students. Finding professional development opportunities that are both enjoyable and applicable to your teaching is hard, but CASE accomplishes both.
In all organizations, collaboration is critically important to getting work done. While team-building can take many forms, we identified and are partnering with Vitality Teaming as a unique way to bolster the skills needed to increase teamwork and performance. We have put well over 100+ employees through this experience and the feedback is extremely positive. Participants are learning about leadership, active listening, effective feedback, strategy & planning, all from this innovative experience. Now with CASE, we are able to offer multiple channels for our employees to participate, at Vitality Teaming's NYC facility or directly in our workplace locations. With time away from work always being a concern, CASE allows us to bring a complimentary experience directly to our employees.
